For WoT 8.8
Remember that requirements are in cascade.
For example, for RCS 8.5 you need RCS 8.6, which means you also need RCS 8.7.
So download (and install) from top to bottom until you reach desired version
Downloads:
RCS 8.7@8.8 ~220MB.
Requirements: as clean as possible World Of Tanks 8.8 (res_mods can be trashed as much as you want)
Note: it is quick and rather dirty release. Better solution will follow up soon.

Hello, when i am replaying my old replays of Patch 8.7, i hear no voice of The Guns and The Engine only My Crew and when im riding next to a wall or something, only that....Do you know what the problem is? Is it maybe because of the mods that i installed or is it because of something that i did wrong? Thanks voor The RCP 8.8 you did a hell of a job! Keep up The Good Work! Greets from Holland

DeleteI am aware of issues with RCP 8.8 because, just like I stated in release post, it is quick and dirty release.
When I will find enough time I will upgrade it, but time itself is limited resource.
Yes i saw it, that it CAN be a little shitty. You told us so, but further it's working quite well though. I'll be patient then for The Upgraded 8.8 RCP :) Good Luck!

I did my 8.8 Audio Folder into The RCPack/RCV/8.7/res_mods folder. And i went to your Link PTwr but it's not a Download is'nt it? And what do you mea with: move res.zip directory to zip files, which zip files? Should i move the res.zip file to RCPack/RCV/.7/res_mods ?
DeleteMy Audio is now working properly on The 8.7 Replays, only the Zoom-In is a problem...Im not the only one who has this problem, do you know what the solution might be for this?
And 1 more question :$ When i want to have mods on my 8.7 Replays, should i download 8.7 mods and do them in res_mods or can i just copy my 8.8 mods and copy/paste them in res_mods of 8.7?
Sorry if i'm asking too much, i need these replays very hard for my Tank Reviews :P Thank you!

1. In Current Release (link on top of blog) follow RCP Manager link, it is utility that will download, install and configure RCP for you. It have access to patched RCS 8.7 so it should take care of all your problems.
DeleteIt have its own How-To guide so make sure you read it.
2. RCP have separated res_mods for each version. Go to RCpack\RCV\X.Y\res_mods and throw mods there (do NOT make 0.X.Y directory).

But have in mind that Paths.xml in RCV's downloaded from there can be not complete as it is intended for RCP Manager to (re)generate it.
Additionally there will be no "run X.Y" batch file, but RCP Manager will generate them as well.

DeleteThis issue is on your computer or ISP side, and connectivity issues to Google is very bad sign.
Have in mind that some Internet providers are limiting session time, which results in broken downloads, so if you live for example in Iran, then you are screwed.
Another solution might be some kind of Download Accelerator plugin to Firefox/Chrome, they can often go over such issues.

ReplyDeleteIt's me again! :P I have a question, i recently downloaden your Amazing RCP for 8.7 Replays, and i totally had 0 problems with it after you helped me out with it. But now i want to replay my 8.8 replays on my 8.9 client, WarGaming has introduced a new replay system that we can replay even our old replays of older patches, but it's not working very proper and well, some of the replays are'nt even working!
So my question is, which RCP must i download? RCS 8.7@8.8 or 8.8@8.9? Or is that only if we have The 9.0 Client that is not online yet...I hope you will help me out with this, because i really need that RCP for my replays....
The last thing i want to point out, i copied and pasted all my replays in my F Drive and did not let it in me C Drive because that one is almost Full i have onlt 25GB space in it, F has 144GB, does that inflict the outcome of this RCP Mod? Or should i always let the replays in The C Drive? I hope you'll answer me!
